This page explains the terms on which INSURANCE IRELAND provides the information and services available through this and other INSURANCE IRELAND-operated websites (e.g. European Insurance Forum), and third-party websites offering INSURANCE IRELAND/European Insurance Forum products and services.

Event Bookings

All bookings must be made using INSURANCE IRELAND’s online booking tool.

All bookings will be confirmed via an automated email upon completion of the booking process. Please check this confirmation carefully. It will include a QR Code which you will require on the day of the European Insurance Forum to get access to the event. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 72 hours (please check your junk folder), please contact INSURANCE IRELAND at +353 (1) 6761820 or email: events@InsuranceIreland.ie attendance and access instructions will be confirmed once registered (provided fees have been paid).

Program Changes

Unforeseen circumstances may cause changes to the programme from time to time. INSURANCE IRELAND reserves the right to alter the programme, trainers, or speakers without prior notification. INSURANCE IRELAND will not be held responsible for travel, accommodation, or other contingent expenses for delegates who fail to attend events for any reason.

Accessibility

Please let us know in advance if you want to attend our event and have any special needs concerning access or other details. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delegate and guest lists (GDPR Compliant)

When registering to attend the event you will be asked if you are happy to share your name, job title and company name to share with our sponsors. You will also be asked for consent around photography at the event. If you would prefer not to have your picture taken click option during registration & also make this known to the photographer on the day. Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise with INSURANCE IRELAND, all bookings must be paid at least 14 working days before the event. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card at the time of booking. If an invoice is requested, you will be asked to provide accounts payable contact details.

All invoiced fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Where an invoice is issued less than 30 days prior to the event, payment should be made in full, 14 working days before the event takes place. All disputed items must be notified in writing within 14 working days of receipt of an invoice.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation charges under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 if payment is not received in accordance with our agreed terms of payment.

Postponement or Cancellation of an event by INSURANCE IRELAND

It may happen that a conference cannot take place on the planned date due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instances we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the conference.

If a conference has to be postponed, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

If a conference has to be cancelled by us, you will be given a full refund.

We cannot take responsibility for any further costs involved in the postponement or cancellation of an event, such as hotel or travel cancellation fees.

Ticket cancellations and transfer terms

Only the person named on the ticket will be granted access to the event. All cancellation and transfer requests must be made by contacting INSURANCE IRELAND via email: events@insuranceireland.eu. If you do not get a response back it must be assumed that your request was not received.

Transfers can be made from one delegate to another within the same company: you can edit your registration manually by using your reference number on the online booking tool.

Transfers can be made up to 70 hours in advance of INSURANCE IRELAND’s European Insurance Forum.

A cancellation of a booking which has already been transferred will not be refunded.

INSURANCE IRELAND cannot offer refunds to delegates who fail to attend events for reasons outside the control of INSURANCE IRELAND.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

Event Type – European Insurance Forum

If cancelled by 12/09/23  – 100% of the ticket price
If cancelled by 30/09/23  – 80% of the ticket price
If cancelled after 30/09/23  – No refund
