EVENT BOOKINGS
All bookings must be made using INSURANCE IRELAND’s online booking tool.
All bookings will be confirmed via an automated email on completion of the booking process. Please check this confirmation carefully. Your name, title and company will appear on any delegate list in the order you entered it. All errors and amendments must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your order confirmation please first check your junk mail. Otherwise, please contact INSURANCE IRELAND within 72 hours on 01 7759447 or email una.coleman@InsuranceIreland.eu
Programme, attendance and joining instructions will be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event, provided fees have been paid.
Program Changes
Unforeseen circumstances may cause changes to the programme from time to time. INSURANCE IRELAND reserves the right to alter the programme or speakers without prior notification.
INSURANCE IRELAND will not be held responsible for travel, accommodation, or other contingent expenses for delegates who fail to attend events for any reason.
Accessibility
Please let us know in advance if you want to attend our event and have any special needs concerning access or other details. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Delegate and guest lists
When you book to attend an INSURANCE IRELAND event, your name, job title and organisation name will be added to the event delegate list, in the order you entered it when booking. This will in some instances be provided to all delegates at the event and may be shared electronically in advance.
Event recording
We reserve the right to take photos and shoot videos including during events. Videos and images may be available on our website(s)
With your registration you grant us the right to use this material for Insurance Ireland publications and future marketing purposes. If you purchase tickets for a colleague(s), please double check for their approval, as access to events is bound to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Payment terms
Unless agreed otherwise with INSURANCE IRELAND, all bookings must be paid at least 14 working days prior to the event taking place. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card at the time of booking. If an invoice is requested, you will be asked to provide accounts payable contact details.
All invoiced fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Where an invoice is issued less than 30 days prior to the event, payment should be made in full, 14 working days before the event takes place. All disputed items must be notified in writing within 14 working days of receipt of an invoice.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation charges under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 if payment is not received in accordance with our agreed terms of payment.
Postponement or Cancellation of an event by INSURANCE IRELAND
It may happen that an event cannot take place on the planned date due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instances we reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event.
If an event has to be postponed, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
If an event has to be cancelled by us, you will be given a full refund.
We cannot take responsibility for any further costs involved in the postponement or cancellation of an event, such as hotel or travel cancellation fees.
Ticket cancellations and transfer terms
Only the person named on the ticket will be granted access to the event. However, you may cancel your ticket subject to our cancellation charges as set out below. You may also transfer your ticket via your online booking confirmation. You may also contact INSURANCE IRELAND on 01 6447797 or email una.coleman@Insurance Ireland.eu to help you with this. If you do not get a response back it must be assumed that your request was not received.
Transfers can be made from one delegate to another within the same company: you may transfer using the online booking tool.
Any delegates who are substituting/transferring for the original registered delegate within 14 days of the event will not have their names included in the delegate list.
A cancellation of a booking which has already been transferred will not be refunded.
INSURANCE IRELAND cannot offer refunds to delegates who fail to attend events for reasons outside the control of INSURANCE IRELAND.
