Where will this Conference take place?

The Conference will take place in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, I Le Pole Square, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, D08 E6PD, Ireland.

How do I get to the Conference venue?

Dublin Royal Convention Centre is our venue this year for EIF. Located at 1 Le Pole Square, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, D08 E6PD, it is a world class event space in the cultural quarter of Dublin and overlooking Dublin Castle. The Dublin Royal Convention Centre is in the heart of Dublin’s transport links, and is just 20 minutes from Dublin international Airport.

By Bus
Buses stopping on nearby George’s Street: 9, 14, 15, 15A, 15B, 16, 65, 68, 83, 122, 140.

By Car
There is limited underground parking available at the Radisson Blu Hotel and on-street. The nearest public car parks are Q-Park Christchurch car park and Park Rite Drury,  Street. These secure parking spaces offer disabled spaces and electric charging points.

Is there an accessibility entrance?

What is included in the registration fee?

Access to all live event sessions and event materials.

When is the deadline for registration?

Closing date for registration is Tuesday, 23 September, 2025.

Are the meals included?

Yes, we offer a continental breakfast, coffee break options and a hot lunch. The event will be followed by a networking/drinks reception. Please check the agenda for running times. Visit the link here for the “Current Agenda.”

Does my company or myself have to be a Member to register for an event?

Membership is not required to register for any of our flagship events.

Are there group discounts available if we have more than one person who wants to register for an event?

We have group discounts rates for three or more attendees. Please send an email to Tara O’Connell (tara.oconnell@insuranceireland.eu) to inquire.

Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event site here for the hotel information and how to book your accommodations.

What time will the Conference commence?

Registration and networking from 9am. The Conference will commence at 10am.

What is the dress code at the Conference?

The dress code at our events is business casual for all participants.  Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for your comfort.

How to request for special needs or meals?

Will there be networking opportunities at the Conference?

There will be an audience Q&A after each panel for a lively discussion between panellists and participants, as well as a networking reception at the end of the day.

Do I need my registration confirmation number to register for the additional events?

Yes, if you have any questions regarding your confirmation number, please send an email to Tara O’Connell (tara.oconnell@insuranceireland.eu).

How do I pay for the registration?

You can pay using a credit card.

How can I get an invoice for the event registration(s)?

Will I receive a paid receipt for online registrations?

Yes, a receipt will be sent to the email you provide to us at registration.

How can I cancel my order/registration?

Please send an email to Tara O’Connell (tara.oconnell@insuranceireland.eu) with your name, company, business address, the nature of your request, and the order number or a copy of your registration confirmation.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for event registration(s)?

We can provide you with a full refund for cancellations up to four weeks prior to the event and a partial refund up until two weeks prior. No refunds are available for cancellations on or within two weeks of the event. No refunds on or after Tuesday 16 September 2025.

If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?
