Victoria Carter

Victoria (Vicky) Carter is Vice Chair of International Operations for Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd. She is a key member of the Guy Carpenter International Leadership team, responsible for driving new business production across the firm’s international operations. Vicky also plays a significant role in supporting and cultivating senior client and industry relationships internationally across the UK and Continental Europe. She is a member of the firm’s Board of Managers. With more than 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry she was the first female founder of a Lloyd’s intermediary and has operated in a number of senior executive positions within the broking sector. Most recently, Vicky served as Chairman of UK & International Operations of Towers Watson.
