The IFIs include: IMF; World Bank; EIB; EBRD; CEDB; ADB; AIIB; AfDB; and GCF. Finally, the Division is responsible for the Department’s Risk Management and Compliance functions.
Previously, Paul was responsible for Civil Service-wide Shared Services Payroll and banking projects which modernised and centralised these services across Government Departments and State Agencies. He also led the Department’s Finance & Corporate Directorate and he has worked on tax policy, budgetary policy and debt management.
