Padraic Joyce

Padraic Joyce is an insurance partner in the PwC audit practice and specialises in advising companies operating in the insurance industry. Padraic has worked with leading domestic non-life and life insurers in the Irish market, as well as a number of international reinsurers operating in Dublin’s IFSC. In addition, Padraic has significant experience in the areas of acquisitions and disposals, regulatory matters and internal control. He has also advised insurers on Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing. Padraic leads the securitisation team in PwC Dublin. He is a member of PwC’s European Insurance IFRS Network and is a member of the Insurance Institute of Dublin.
