Matthew Latham

Matthew joined XL Group in 2014 as Head of Captive Programmes for International Property and Casualty. In this role Matthew is responsible for growing XL’s captive fronting business and for ensuring that existing captive clients get a high quality and consistent level of service. Prior to joining XL, Matthew spent nine years at AIG. His roles there included leading AIG’s alternative risk financing team, which focused on providing solutions for risks that were new or difficult to insure, usually in partnership with a client’s captive. Prior to AIG, he held roles at ACE and Willis.
