With 10 years at RedClick, she has built and scaled high-performing teams across Ireland, Spain, and Portugal, while serving on the Management Committee. Her focus: translating market insights into growth, strengthening broker and customer relationships, and embedding digital-first thinking across the organization. She is also on the Board of Directors for Nova Helpline.
