Lenka Lyons

Lenka Lyons is an Accredited Chartered Director (CDir) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Throughout her career, she has developed comprehensive expertise in (re)insurance, Solvency II, securitisation and regulatory frameworks. She joined Marsh Management Services (Dublin) in 2007, where she held various roles, culminating in her appointment as Senior Vice President and Client Director. She left Marsh in August 2022 after gaining invaluable hands-on experience in these areas.

Currently, Lenka Lyons serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director for two Irish-based reinsurance undertakings- Darnell dac and BNP Paribas Vartry Reinsurance dac. She also hold several INED roles within the insurance industry in Ireland, contributing her strategic insight and leadership to the sector. Her career reflects a deep commitment to excellence and impactful contributions in the financial and insurance industries.
