Kara Owen CMG

Kara took up the role of British Ambassador to Ireland in October 2025. Prior to this she held the position of British High Commissioner to Singapore.

Before becoming High Commissioner in June 2019, Kara was Director for the Americas at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
