Jana Platau-Wagner

Jana Platau-Wagner is the Head of CSRD Policies and Engagement for Zurich Group, overseeing Double Materiality Assessments, CSRD disclosure strategy and internal and external engagements on CSRD. Previously, she led sustainability strategy at Zurich Insurance Europe AG and ESG Risk Strategy at Bank of Ireland. With over 13 years in sustainability, climate risk, and ESG consulting, she has worked with financial services, tech start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies. Jana is a lecturer on regulatory compliance for sustainability in financial services with the IOB and Maynooth University. She is also a member of the EFRAG Insurance Advisory Panel, a non-executive director at Global Action Plan Ireland, Member of the advisory board of C-FAARER and Co-Chapter Lead for Ireland of the Climate Cocktail Club.
