Graham Gear

Graham Gear is Director of Systems Engineering at Cloudera, responsible for advising organisations across Europe on how to bring Hadoop to bear against their Big Data challenges and opportunities. With over a decade experience as a software engineer, Graham has worked on many large scale, data driven systems in several industries. His career includes time at a defence research institution implementing sonar algorithms leveraging MPI on large Beowulf clusters, to projects on massively parallel web scale solutions.
