Donna Noonan

Donna is the Network Manager for IFS Skillnet. IFS Skillnet was established in 2009 and is the Skillnet Ireland Network dedicated to the financial services sector. Its promoting body is Financial Services Ireland, Ibec. It supports the sector by providing subsidised training for Network member companies and working with Network member to develop new programmes which are pertinent to the sector.
