Declan Bolger

Declan Bolger is Chief Executive of the Irish Life Group, overseeing its retirement, protection, investment, health, advisory and wellbeing businesses, which support 1.6m Irish people.

Prior to this he was Chief Executive of Canada Life Europe, a Dublin-based company providing innovative life insurance and pension products to over 600,000 German customers.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.

He is a Board Member (Vice Chair) of Financial Services Ireland and a Council Member of the German Irish Chamber of Commerce.

Declan is married to Shirley and they have three young children. He enjoys cycling, travel and attending live sport & music.
