Darren is a Partner at PwC Ireland, where he leads the firm’s insurance industry practice. With 28 years of advisory and executive experience spanning both industry and professional services, Darren brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His career encompasses work across public and private sectors, supporting clients in designing and implementing complex change programmes.

Darren focuses on creating value for insurance companies through technology-driven transformation and modernisation. Before joining PwC, he held an executive position in the insurance sector, giving him hands-on industry experience that complements his ability to shape and execute large-scale change programmes.

His diverse background includes roles such as Transformation Director and Distribution Director. He also has extensive experience in operating model design, personal and commercial lines strategy, personal lines system build, re-platforming, data and AI strategy, and data management.
