Christopher Lay

Christopher was appointed president of Marsh’s Global Captive Solutions business in July 2014. Based in London, his focus is on the strategic priorities to drive growth across the business’ current operations and future platform. Since joining Marsh in 1984, Christopher has served in a variety of senior roles in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, and the international division. His extensive experience includes leading the UK and EMEA corporate segment and Marsh’s operations in Russia, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
