Bryan O’Connor

Bryan O’Connor is the CEO and Executive Director of AIB life, a joint venture between AIB and Great-West Life Group. With a career spanning over three decades, Bryan has had the opportunity to work across a wide range of financial sectors – including life, general, and health insurance, private banking, retail banking, finance and leasing, and corporate development.

Bryan is driven by a passion for financial wellness and inclusion and sees a real opportunity to modernise and democratise the financial planning, savings and investment landscapes, helping Irish people along their path to financial security, one step at a time . He is a qualified actuary, a qualified investment advisor, holding a master’s degree in change management, and is a certified bank director.
