Aisling Hayes

With over 25 years experience in the financial services industry Aisling is the COO of AXA Ireland. She was previously responsible for Direct Retail Operations and the transformation of the Direct Retail distribution network. Prior to AXA, Aisling was Director of Strategic Change & IT in RSA Ireland and also delivered large scale business transformation programmes including enabling core platform replacements in Pensions, Life Assurance and Capital Markets while a senior manager in Accenture’s consulting practice. Aisling holds a degree in Micro Electronic and Computer Engineering, Maths (BA BAI) from Trinity College Dublin.
