Claudine Macartney

Claudine Macartney is AIG’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and has worked for the company since 1997. Claudine oversees the alignment of the company’s business, global human resources and people strategy for nearly 50,000 employees in more than 80 countries.

Previously, Claudine was Senior Vice President of Human Capital Planning and Business Partner Practice and was responsible for developing a senior leadership pipeline. She led the advancement of AIG’s performance management agenda and the expansion of the career-development and training platforms.

Claudine has also served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, overseeing international HR operations across all business segments and regions. Claudine is a frequent speaker on diversity and inclusion, people analytics, emotional intelligence, and building resilient, winning cultures. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stockton University.
