Lunchtime Breakout Sessions

We are delighted to announce this year we will have two Lunchtime Breakout Sessions which are optional. Delegates may choose to attend either session. Lunch will also be served in the Networking/Exhibition Area.


‘The Future of Skills and Talent in the Insurance Industry’

As a follow on to the launch of our Talent Roadmap ‘A Vision for the Future’ in March 2024 we are delighted to dedicate a lunchtime session at this year’s EIF to the importance of Diverse Talent and the Future Skills needed in an Insurance Industry in Transition.

We are pleased to welcome Frances Fitzgerald who is joining us as our keynote speaker and will explore the theme of Future Skills and Talent while also integrating Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
