Where will the Conference take place?

The Conference will take place at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre,
1 Le Pole Square, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, D08 E6PD, Ireland.

How do I get to the Conference venue?

The Dublin Royal Convention Centre is a worldclass event space located in Dublin’s historic cultural quarter, overlooking Dublin Castle. It is centrally located within Dublin’s transport network and approximately 20 minutes from Dublin International Airport.

The venue is within easy walking distance of many popular tourist attractions.

By Bus
Buses stopping near George’s Street include:
9, 14, 15, 15A, 15B, 16, 65, 68, 83, 122, 140

By Car
There is limited underground parking at the Radisson Blu Hotel, as well as onstreet parking nearby.
The nearest public car parks are:

  • QPark Christchurch
  • Park Rite Drury Street

Both offer disabled parking and electric vehicle charging points.

Is there an accessibility entrance?

Yes. The Dublin Royal Convention Centre is accessible via a ramp at the entrance.

When is the deadline for registration?

The closing date for registration is Thursday, 15 October 2026.

Are the meals included?

Yes. A continental breakfast, coffee breaks and a hot lunch are included.
The event will conclude with a networking/drinks reception.

Do I need to be a member to register?

No. Membership is not required to attend the European Insurance Forum or any Insurance Ireland flagship events.

Are group discounts available?

Yes. Group discounts are available for three or more attendees.

Are hotel accommodations included?

No. Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
Delegates are responsible for making their own arrangements.

What time does the Conference start?

  • 09:30 – Conference Commences

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.

Meeting rooms can be cooler, so layers are recommended.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. There will be:

  • Regular breaks throughout the Conference

How do I pay for registration?

Payment can be made by credit card at the time of registration.

How do I request an invoice?

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A receipt will be issued to the email address provided during registration.

How do I cancel my registration?

Please email tara.oconnell@insuranceireland.eu with:

  • Your name
  • Company
  • Order number or confirmation email
  • Nature of your request

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  • Full refund: Up to four weeks before the event (Thursday, 24 September 2026)
  • Partial refund: Up to two weeks before the event (Thursday, 9 October 2026)
  • No refunds: On or after Thursday, 9 October 2026

Can I substitute another attendee or receive a credit?

Yes. Substitutions and credits can be arranged by contacting
