Michelle Moore

Michelle Moore joined Chaucer in 2016 to lead their newly established Dublin based insurer. With over 20 years of experience in the international insurance and reinsurance industry, Michelle most recently served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Markel Europe plc. During her 12 years with the company, she held a number of senior roles in the areas of risk management, regulatory, operations and finance. Previously, she spent a number of years working in the London and Bermuda insurance markets.
Having graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Masters in Business Studies, she joined PwC were she completed her accounting qualifications. Michelle is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
