Paul Owens

Paul Owens has been Chief Executive Officer of Willis Global Captive Management at Willis Group Holdings PLC since January 1, 2014. Mr. Owens leads the formation of Willis Global Captive Management, bringing together the captive operations of North America, Europe and International into a single cohesive business. He held a number of senior positions within Willis Group since joining in 1990, and served as Chief Operating Officer of Willis Ltd and Global Businesses and has had a long association with the Group’s captive operations. Mr. Owens is a Graduate Chartered Accountant.
