Eberhard Müller

Eberhard, Dipl. Math., Aktuar DAV, CERA, joined Hannover Re in 1982 having previous lectured at the University of Hamburg. During his time at Hannover Re, he set up the Non-Life Actuarial department. From 2006 he acted as Chief Risk Officer and Managing Director of the Group Risk Management division (GRM), reporting to the chairman. After more than 33 years with Hannover Re he retired in early 2016 and set up his own enterprise, riskmueller consulting GmbH.

Eberhard is a member of the German Actuarial Associations and the German and international ASTIN group. He is involved in several national and international working parties / advisory groups.
